West Hills College Lemoore (WHCL) was established in 2002 to serve the residents of San Joaquin Valley. The college offers academic and career programs leading to transfer to a four-year university, placement in a well-paid career, or salary advancement within an existing career. The college’s vision, the “Relentless Pursuit of Student Success”, is at the core of the institution’s commitment to help students achieve their educational goals.
