Cosumnes River College is one of four community colleges within the Los Rios Community College District in Sacramento County including American River College, Folsom Lake College and Sacramento City College. There are approximately 15,000 students enrolled. The college adheres to its motto, “Seek Knowledge,” by offering more than 100 career and technical degree and certificate programs as well as a comprehensive curriculum of transfer, general education, and basic skills courses. Established in 1970, CRC has emerged with very much its own identity, small enough to offer personalized attention, yet large enough to offer a comprehensive postsecondary education to the community it serves.
